在托福考试当中，每个词都认识，但就是听不懂？听力对话模拟的是学生在美国大学校园当中会碰到的生活和学术场景，在对话里面或多或少会有一些大家从来没有接触过的口语化表达。
1. don’t sell yourself short
Student：
But…so they are trying to predict if the shows are gonna succeed or fail, right, based on students’ opinions? Why would they care what we think?
Professor ：
